Halfpenny Tiered Veil

this large organza shrug has no train and the oversized, dreamy frills drape off the arms and create a stunning back detail. This can be worn over a base dress or layered. I chose to change into it for the evening to up the party for my wedding!

The Peter cape is a dreamy tulle and french lace trimmed cape - it has been altered to include small hooks to attach easily to the dress just below the straps at the front to get the off the shoulder look or can be worn over the shoulders.
