Furoshiki bag in khadija

Furoshiki are a type of traditional Japanese wrapping cloth used to transport clothes, gifts and other goods. Roop bags are inspired by this, a combination of knots and her signature scrunchie strap makes them bounce as you walk!

She uses only remnant, deadstock and vintage fabrics to make them in order to be as green as possible. This means colours are super limited or one of a kind.

This bag was bought in lockdown and has been by my side at so many special occasions, it neutral colour looks great with everything. It’s a bit of a Mary Poppins bag and fits so much stuff in it!
