This blue dress is utterly iconic. It’s cut out is so flattering and it’s 82% Lycra so it literally sucks you in. It’s so comfortable and so flattering. either wear it round your neck or tie it in front so it creates a strapless silhouette. 
I’d say a size 8/10 can wear it - I’m forever between sizes and it fits so well. Can be dressed up for a wedding or down for a day/ beach vibe.
