Absolutely the worst shopping experience I've had with anyone. Zero communication, literally no reply from the minute i rented the dress. I sent 4 unanswered messages about picking up the dress. I was travelling to london from Cardiff for my Birthday and family wedding combined.... And all in all she never delivered or arranged a collection for the dress. Completely selfish, ruined the day for me, stressed myself and partner out completely, and honestly she couldn't have cared less. I don't understand why she is renting her dresses, so inconsiderate. She hasn't even tried to refund me-AVOID
