It has a concealed zip and hook fastening at the back. It's a size S, has fully adjustable shoulder straps and is designed for a close fit in the bodice. Mid-weight, non-stretchy fabric. It fits true to size but the brand suggests you size down if in between sizes (I'm a small 10).
