Dress is beautiful & lender sent item promptly. However it arrived stuffed in a carrier bag & for an expensive dress I wasn’t really expecting that kind of packaging.. had to steam the dress as it was so creased. It was also clear the dress hadn’t been dry cleaned as it was dirty at the bottom & had marks on the shoulder. I probably wouldn’t rent again, but the dress was beautiful once fixed up a bit.
