Abbie was very friendly and professional. Communication was quick and the care guidance and instructions for return were very clear. I would definitely recommend hiring from Abbie. The dress was beautiful arrived in great condition, also with a protective bag which was helpful as I was taking the dress on holiday with me. This is my first time using By Rotation and won’t be my last!

Abbie is a wonderful lender, I borrowed her beautiful Aje dress for a wedding and Abbie made sure it was sent out early so I could check it fit properly (as I’m pregnant). Will definitely be renting again!
