The dress was beautiful and I would’ve loved to give 5 stars, but the lender underpaid for delivery, causing a delay and extra cost. It wasn’t the small fee that bothered me, but the lack of communication, I let them know my package was being held and never received a response. I’ve since returned the dress and had it weighed, so I know the underpayment was intentional. Sadly, this left a bad impression, as I don’t feel I could rely on them if anything went wrong.
