I literally can't praise Natasha enough for her communication, commitment, and the excellent quality of the dress. I was let down by another renter less than 48 hours before I was due to go to a wedding. I searched online and saw the same dress in the same size from Natasha. She got back to me straight away and said she would send the dress special delivery to arrive by 1pm on the day I needed it. She got it to me in less than 24 hours and it was perfect. The dress is so lovely, amazing fit, flattering and real wow factor. I got lots of compliments and its restored my faith in renting again.
