The dress I rented over Easter was stunning, beautifully presented, and exactly as described. Sadly, the return process was stressful. With post offices closed, I used Evri—the only courier working—with full insurance, signature and next‑day delivery. Despite this, I was unfairly criticised for not using Royal Mail despite having proof my post office was not open. The dress arrived back safely and in perfect condition. Gorgeous dress and quick delivery, but kinder, more understanding communication would make rentals smoother.
