Loved the dress so much was perfect for black tie party and it was sent next day delivery so it would arrive on time!

Extremely rude, blunt and dismissive. I attempted to salvage the issue but she kept attacking me by calling me aggressive. She misunderstood By Rotations renting policies thinking it starts the day I receive the package & this is incorrect. The package came early and she tried to charge me for that! Her misunderstanding had caused her labelling *me* aggressive. Also, probably a language barrier because she didn’t seem to understand what I was saying when I was texting her & she translated that as me being “aggressive”. Wouldn’t recommend her due to poor comms, better to buy the dress instead
