Charlotte was brilliant throughout the whole experience. Communication was excellent from start to finish and as I’m heavily pregnant I was really unsure about sizing. Charlotte kindly allowed me to come to her house to try the dresses on, which made such a difference and really put me at ease. She was also incredibly flexible and arranged for me to collect from her sister instead, which was much more local and convenient for me. She made the entire process so easy and stress-free. I would highly recommend borrowing from her and would happily do so again!
