Hannah was super communicative and helpful, she even sent the dress early so I was able to try it on ahead of my holiday which I am so grateful for. The only thing I would say is that I spot cleaned and steamed the dress as I believe others before me have too but given the material and previous wear it could do with a dry clean as it’s clearly had multiple wears now (which Hannah does state in the description) the dress is the perfect length for 5ft 4 - no dragging on the floor for me.
