Blue and White Floral Maxi Dress

Blue floral maxi dress with tie neck detail, and slight gathered waist. Hangs really nicely, can be worn with tie in a bow or undone. I’m 5’4 and it’s fully maxi on me, but would be ankle grazing on someone taller!
