The belt will draw the dress to whatever size you are, I am a size 4 and fits me, fitted me 8 months pregnant too about size 8/10 and has fitted my mum at size 12 and my MIL at size 16.
The neck can be worn off shoulder or round your neck as the ties tie there too!

The saree has been made with hooks to ensure elegant draping of the fabric. 

A custom piece for a wedding in New York winter - but it will also work for any summer black or white tie event.
