I rented a dress from this lender but found that it didn’t suit me, so I requested a return within 24 hours. Unfortunately, due to a delayed response and the following day being a Sunday, I wasn’t able to return the item within the timeframe. Throughout our communication, I was polite and respectful. When my refund request was refused, I questioned the quality of the dress, as it didn’t seem to match the £250 value. I own a similar item (Rosa Bloom) of the same price and style, and the quality difference was noticeable. The dress also didn’t have a label, which raised further questions, although the lender did provide proof of purchase. The rental policy allows 24 hr requests. It's a shame this lender couldn't find a compromise here and instead left me a scathing bad review which I find really unacceptable

Absolutely loved wearing this dress for a special occasion. I got so many compliments. The fabric is quite stretchy and fitted me well. I am a small size 12 and fitted me great.
