Shoes came too small and I was unable to wear them. As I am new to the app I wasn’t aware that I should’ve returned them the day after so I waited until the end of the rental period. Nothing in the description says they run small. I contacted the seller for a full refund however they explained why they couldn’t offer this and it was understandable. I then requested a partial refund as I think that’s fair given the fact that I was unable to wear them and that it highly inconvenienced me and I had to go and buy other shoes. The renter refused this also. Very unfair however my bank has returned the funds
