Fantastic dress, perfect condition

The dress itself (which does not come with the slip, as in the photos) was beautiful, in good condition, true to size and I had so many compliments on it. I would give the dress 5*. The app / their slow communication / the listing (they’ve since changed the description to mention the lack of slip, on my advice) / everything about the lack of ease of the experience I would give 1*. Especially given By Rotation manage Hannah’s profile, so it is literally their job, it was just slow, poor details on the listing and unprofessional. Disappointing. Will be trying Hurr next time!

The team at By Rotation went to extra mile to ensure the dress arrived a day earlier than I had hired it so I had it in time for my hen weekend, I felt amazing in this Celia B dress and continue to receive so many compliments! My whole experience with renting an outfit for the first time has been amazing and I will absolutely be doing it again!!
