This has been my first time using ByRotation and it's been a really straightforward experience. Karen has gone the extra mile, she has been really clear/prompt with communication and really helpful throughout. She allowed me to do a one day try on, so I could check the item fit, before borrowing it for the event - I really appreciated this. The dress is gorgeous (in great condition), I'm fair skinned and blonde and the colour was very flattering. I would say this dress runs as a small 12 which worked for me (I believe SP dresses tend to run on the smaller size). Looking forward to wearing this again soon.

This was my first experience with the Rotation app. I’m so happy I hired from Karen, she messaged me with so much help and advice. The dress was stunning and in mint condition. Fit perfectly. She allowed me to rent for 1 day so I could make sure it fitted so I could rent again for Ascot. She also sent measurements before I did this to help. Fast and secure delivery.
