Karen was amazing to deal with as I was a little nervous about this dress being too big for the wedding I was going to. I rented it for a short period the weekend before to see if it fitted and unfortunately it did not, but Karen was so unbelievably helpful in trying a few different things and then very understanding of me cancelling the subsequent weekends rental. Couldn’t recommend more!

This has been my first time using ByRotation and it's been a really straightforward experience. Karen has gone the extra mile, she has been really clear/prompt with communication and really helpful throughout. She allowed me to do a one day try on, so I could check the item fit, before borrowing it for the event - I really appreciated this. The dress is gorgeous (in great condition), I'm fair skinned and blonde and the colour was very flattering. I would say this dress runs as a small 12 which worked for me (I believe SP dresses tend to run on the smaller size). Looking forward to wearing this again soon.
