First of all let me start by saying this was my first time using this app. I ordered my outfit and also this bag & unfortunately it didn’t come on time and I was left with no choice but to come on here as a last minute thing, and let me tell you, Lydia was such a breeze! Even better, I was able to pick up & drop off in person. She was so warm and lovely, really quick to respond which honestly, I needed at the time as I was desperate to find something quick, everything was packaged well and great quality. She’s really informative to o & love the little touches like the leaflet and sticky labels just to say ‘thank you’. Super decent prices too and love that she has a discount code which is a plus. I also looked at her wardrobe, such great pieces. Overall good experience, don’t think twice about renting with her! Thank you so much Lydia, I’ll definitely be back for more rentals xx
