Take your normal size Intended to be fitted at the bust and waist, loose at the hip.  Side zipper, no pockets.

I have done some repairs to this dress by the zipper as it is very small, and someone didn’t fit in it.

Beautiful Dôen dress. Size is xs (equivalent to a 6 according to Dôen sizing guide) but I think closer to an 8. Elasticated neckline and waist that you can tighten/loosen depending on desired fit. Floaty skirt that came to just above my ankles - I am 5ft2 so would be midi on most people! 
Due to adjustable/elasticated neckline works for breastfeeding. Floaty skirt and fitted bodice would work for pregnancy.
Quite sheer fabric, so slip underneath might be preferable.
