The item was perfect, when there was a small hiccup with delivery (not the lenders fault) she went above and beyond to follow up with Royal Mail. The item arrived on time and I couldn’t have been more pleased with it, exactly as described.

This was such a great first time rental experience! Milly was so helpful and made sure to get the item to me on time even if it meant dropping it off herself. I really appreciated how much she cared! The trousers are so incredible and wearable that I’m buying them for myself now!!
