I would not recommend renting from this person. I paid for the dress, and after returning it, she’s now charging me extra 50 pounds cleaning fees. This is despite already having a cleaning fee included in the rental price, which feels like a scam. Additionally, her communication was awful. she came across as rude and unprofessional. I will never rent from her again, and I strongly advise others to consider looking elsewhere.
