I have altered the dress at the Elie Saab boutique to shorten the straps and hem the dress. An adjustable waistband has been added to the waist to cinch it in, but this is optional and doesn’t have to be fastened for a looser fit. The scarf has not been altered.
I am 5’2 (159 cm) and wore 5.5 inch platform heels with the dress.
I have purchased a fendi nano bag specifically to match the dress and can rent out the bag as well for a fully matching look.
