I cannot recommend Emma enough; she went above and beyond to accommodate my requests! The dress I initially rented was delayed in being returned to her by the previous renter, and then when it finally was returned it was quite significantly damaged. She sent me all of her other available rentals for the weekend I needed a dress for, and sent me another dress with no extra charge. As for the dress itself - WOW! I have never received so many compliments! I felt amazing! I will definitely be renting from Emma again. Thank you!
