Fame and Partners lilac Moonlight dress

Plunge neck with halter-neck ties (mesh panel in the v-neck). My favourite dress in the whole world, worn for prom. Seen on size 6, 5'1" (where it just brushes the floor when wearing heels). Don't wash, I will dry clean it (dry cleaning fee included in price).
