Dress arrived worn and smelt of BO. The rental instructions asked for the item to be left untouched and uncleaned so I had to wear it as is and return it as. The rental price was higher than any other Fanci Club item on here so I would have thought the fee would cover cleaning costs and I’d receive the item fresh. Other than this, the dress was delivered rapidly and the rotator was efficient with comms.

Lovely renter, she has great communication the entire time.. dress arrived promptly, description matched the dress. I would definitely rent again.. great first experience on this app. Thank you xx
