mel was super kind, attentive, answered all of my questions and went the extra mile to make sure the dress arrived for my birthday. she responded quickly and promptly, was warm and friendly and made my first rental experience so smooth! the skirt ran larger than i expected based on the website measurements but i was able to adjust to myself and the corset was perfect. 10/10 would recommend!
