I cannot thank Ellis enough for going above and beyond to make my rental a possibility! I was let down by another rental 48 hours before my event and Ellis did everything she could to ensure the dress arrived on time, including arranging special Saturday delivery and following up with DHL multiple times when they allocated the wrong delivery date! The dress itself is just a delight! It arrived packaged beautifully in the Net-a-porter packaging and I received so so many compliments on the evening! Thank you so much x
