The dress is nice, quite thin material though and a larger fit than I expected. Lovely quality though and Paula was easy to communicate with.
The dress was sent to the wrong address, I had to chase it down after work (luckily the address it went to had very understanding folk!). Paula offered to refund the postage/dry cleaning for the inconvenience.

Paula was incredibly helpful with any sizing/measurement queries that I had. Dress came exactly when I ordered it for! Great lender!
