The dress had two holes (one from cigarette and one large hole in the lace) and smelt musty (one armpit also didn’t smell great). Communication was good and I was offered refund but as I had worn the item I didn’t think it was necessary. However when I went to return the item between 11am and 7pm at the pop up as instructed, I had to wait 25 mins outside the shop to drop it back?! A drop back service should be between the hours advertised. Won’t be using by rotation again.
