In very good condition but has been used and shows some signs (listed below). Has always been washed with special solution to maintain water-proofing. One mark on the back (pictured) Few marks on the belt from general use (pictured) Faded mark on crotch area and loose thread (pictured) Size 12 fits size 10 with layers underneath very easily.
