Unfortunately the outfit didn’t fit but Kathy made the process so quick and easy, she even sent out the outfit a couple days earlier which was really going the extra mile x

Rental didn’t arrive on time. The lender didn’t refund even though she knew I didn’t wear and couldn’t return because I was traveling when the dress arrived. It appeared it was also not true to size, she advertise as uk6 but I was sent only XS and M, none of them is uk6…
