The most helpful and kind lender, so communicative and posted the item to me as soon as possible for a last minute request! Dress was in perfect condition and true to size, it came with printed instructions on returning which were very helpful. I was so happy with the dress, I had so many compliments in the races. Communication was great, accidentally left my ID in the pocket and Lender let me know and posted back. Would definitely rent again.
