I’m 5’3 and it was very long for me completely covers my heels which I don’t mind. I’m sure it would be tall girl friendly too. 

I’m a size 12 usually in dresses and the L fit me perfectly. 

Ive only worn it once to a wedding and I recently dry cleaned it.
