This was first rental and Holly was super helpful!! Even with the mishaps with Royal Mail. She wanted to make sure I got the dress in time for my event and went out of her way to work with me to ensure Royal Mail delivered the dress. The dress is exactly as pictured - adorable with the threading and embroidery, undamaged, and clean. It was perfect for my afternoon tea themed bridal shower! I got so many compliments on it. Thanks so much Holly for a good first rental experience :)
