The skirt was initially a little big on me so I added these discrete hooks to make it tighter around my waist. They can easily be adjusted to make it fit you perfectly as well. For reference my waist (where the skirt sits) is 27.5 inches. In order to close the skirt (which you can see in the final image) you just need to zip it halfway and then use the hooks to cinch it to your body.
