Ruby was a joy to lend from and it was such a pleasure to wear her beautiful shoes on my birthday ☺️ Ruby went the extra mile by ensuring the shoes arrived in time for my event and even sent them a whole week early at no extra charge to avoid any stress due to royal mail strikes, enclosed with a sweet card and a face mask! Excellent communication and a very kind and understanding person when I faced a few issues returning the shoes. I would totally recommend hiring from Ruby! Thank you so much xx
