Dress came without the belt,2 buttons missing,2 stains and some other minor deffects.they told me last minute that the belt is missing and I haven’t received the dress until 7pm on the day of the rental.awful communication and nobody offered to give me a refund or anything to solve this situation.would never use them again.i needed for a special occasion and if I woudnt have had this Dress a week earlier I woudnt have had what to wear on the day.disappointed it’s not even covering it.

First dress I’ve rented from byrotation and had a positive experience so will be renting again. Received lots of compliments for this beautiful Jonathan Simkhai dress. Thank you so much.
