This stunning strappy black silk velvet Joseph Basel dress looks amazing on. I love it when it looks a little slouchy so I have the ten but I wear a 6-8 normally so this is a little big. This is very similar to a rat and boa velvet slip dress and hangs on every curve. I’m 5-8 and can wear a huge heel with this.

Super elegant shift/ cocktail dress. 

It looks black but in some lights I question if it’s a very very deep blue. 

It has a low back, and pleated detail on the back which gives lovely movement.
