This Khaite dress has only been worn 3 times and is in perfect condition. It has a raw unfinished hem, so the loose threading is part of the design. Each dress is unique and has this. The dress looks great with a heeled sandal and small clutch, keeping focus on the gorgeous cut and pleating of the dress.
