Below the waist, three tiers of dyed raffia fringe fall over a semi-sheer net underlayer – each tier longer than the last, finishing at the floor. Handcrafted in Nigeria by Kílèńtàr’s artisans.

OPACITY: The skirt section is semi-sheer. There is no lining – the net is the only layer beneath the raffia fringe.
