I collected the dress unclean, makeup marks everywhere, unstemmed which the lender said it was a short notice as a professional lender I expect the item to be in good condition. It was without even a dust bag plus it was untrue to the size as i wear size 8, too tight at the chest, i will never 👎 wear from this lender again. I asked for a refund but she refused it claiming that the dress fits her.
