Karen was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She went out of her way to personally drop the dress off for me, which was incredibly kind and appreciated. Communication was excellent throughout, she was responsive, friendly, and so helpful with any questions I had. The whole rental process was seamless, and the dress was perfect. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from Karen again and can’t wait to do so in the future. Highly recommend!

Great communication and lovely dress

Great lender, good communication. Dress in perfect condition, felt amazing in it. It does run long - I’m 5’6’’ and wearing 4inch heals it still had a good 6 inches on it, easy fix with a bit of string around the waist. I’m size 10, it fit perfectly other than the length.
