Labubu has taken the world by storm and during a recent trip to Japan everyone I passed on the street seemed to have something hanging from their bag and I couldn’t help but get involved. Labubu is a character designed by Kasing Lung, known for its mischievous and cute appearance, including rabbit-like ears and a toothy grin. The phenomenon has been covered by Vogue and GQ and they’ve been seen dangling from the designer bags of the likes of Dua Lipa, Rhianna and Lisa from Blackpink.
