Communication was excellent and although I was worried about the dress arriving on time due to the Easter holiday Zara assured me it would be with me. On pressing the dress prior to wearing it was noted a couple of buttons were loose and on my way to my event I noticed a missing button. When I returned home luckily the button was found on my kitchen floor; having read another advert for sale of a similar Lavish Alice dress the seller stated only worn once and a button missing therefore can only assume this is common on this design of dress. My advice would be to check the buttons.

I absolutely adored this dress! It arrived brand new and exactly as described. Palms and Peonies were excellent at communicating and postage was bang on time, which was great considering it was a last minute rental. Highly recommend and would definitely rent from here again 💕
