I had rented from Karen and other rentals previously with no issues. This particular rental was a nightmare, she forced me to insure a bag worth less than £300 for £700. I explained and apologized to her about being a day late in returning her bag and she forced me to pay a high daily rate and lied to rotation that i returned the bag 4 days late. This was the most and only difficult rental I’ve experienced in years. She was rude and sent me threatening messages demanding for money and also threatened to leave me a negative review after she gets her money which she has done. She is now also further stating in her review she plans with ByRotation to blacklist me. I won’t be renting from her again.
