Polka dot laced hem dress

This is a lovely light dress I bought but just have worn once (on this day actually!). The figure is quite flattering as there is a fabric bow that cynches it to tie on the back or side. The neck is a little snug when buttoned so I’d say this is more comfy on a slender one.
