Amazing 90s formal dress with matching scarf

This dress is completely one of a kind and I can't find any similar online. It features a bright pink, orange and yellow tie dye-esque pattern with sequin floral embellishments down the front. The cowl neck and bias cut are really flattering and the scarf adds a nice touch. It is fully lined with an orange satin lining.
