This was the first time I ever used this app so I was a little nervous in the lead up to my event but turns out it was for no reason. Lucinda was very responsive and informative, the dress arrived on time and was in perfect condition. I don’t have a single bad word to say about the rental experience or the dress itself. One small thing to keep in mind is that the dress is quite long so you have to commit to very high heels to be able to wear it (although, I am 5’3” so that is part of the problem, haha!). This was one of the most gorgeous dresses I’ve ever worn! I felt like a princess 👑 It fit perfectly on me- I would note I am 1.79 and wore block heels to make sure the train was not too long. This was an excellent rental experience - thank you Luce so much!! ❤️

Delightful dress in immaculate condition. I received so many compliments! Luce was very helpful and went the extra mile by letting me try it on before hand and shipping the dress a day earlier.

Lucinda was super helpful and understanding! I am currently 4 months pregnant and she went the extra mile to meet me to try dress on. 🤍🙌 The dress got so many compliments its absolutely gorgeous. I am 164cm so dress was on the longer side. Great fit! Highly recommend to rent from Lucinda 🤍
